Long Reef Beach House is a four bedroom house available for short-term holiday accommodation. A flat rate for the whole house applies during summer school holidays, official long weekends and Easter.

Outside these periods, Long Reef Beach House can be booked by guests requiring only two bedrooms (minimum) or three bedrooms and the tariff is reduced accordingly. Any bedrooms (and adjacent bathrooms) which are not booked will be kept locked to minimise our cleaning costs. They will not be rented to other guests during your stay.

Standard Rates: August 1 – May 31
(excluding summer school holidays, official long weekends and Easter)

Weekend bookings (2 nights)
Arrival after 3.00pm Friday and departure by 6.00pm Sunday

• 2 bedroom booking $600
• 3 bedroom booking $750
• 4 bedroom booking $800

Midweek bookings (4 nights) (3 nights 75% of tariff) (2 nights 50% of tariff)

Arrival after 3.00pm Monday and departure by 10.00am Friday

• 2 bedroom booking $800
• 3 bedroom booking $900
• 4 bedroom booking $1000

Full week booking (7 nights)
Arrival after 3.00pm and departure by 10.00am

• Combination of above rates with the seventh night free

• Winter Rates are 75% of the Standard Rates above

• House $3500

• House $1650

• House $1250

Terms and conditions
All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions. On making a booking, we will forward you a confirmation letter outlining the terms and conditions applying to your booking. Confirming a booking indicates your acceptance of those terms and conditions.

Linen and towels
Guests must supply their own linen and towels, however pillows, doonas and light blankets are provided.

Pets
Pets are permitted at Long Reef Beach House, subject to prior arrangement and payment of a refundable bond. Conditions apply.

We will then contact you to confirm the details.

Confirmation of the reservation will only be made on receipt of a 50% deposit. Payment of the balance is due at least one week prior to your booking. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard) or direct deposit.

Cancellations
The deposit is only refundable in circumstances where notice of the cancellation is given more than 60 days prior to the booking, or where we are able to replace the booking with less than 60 days' notice.
