Long Reef Beach House is a four bedroom, three and a half bathroom holiday house available for short-term holiday accommodation. A flat rate for the whole house applies during summer school holidays, official long weekends and Easter.

Outside these periods, Long Reef Beach House can be booked by guests requiring only two bedrooms (minimum) or three bedrooms and the tariff is reduced accordingly. Any bedrooms (and adjacent bathrooms) which are not booked will be kept locked to minimise our cleaning costs. They will not be rented to other guests during your stay.

Example of rates are from approx $800 for a full weekend (Fri 3pm to Sun 6pm) to $2,000 per school holiday week to $3,500 per Christmas School holiday week.

Arrival & Departure times
Arrival time is 3pm and departure time is 10am.  If you have taken a full weekend booking, your Sunday departure will be 6pm. As times are tight we must ensure the premises are vacant so that they can be properly cleaned prior to the next guest's arrival. You are welcome to book for more than one week, but a charge may apply for the cleaner to visit the premises at the end of each week whilst you are there.

Terms and Conditions 
All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions. On making a booking, we will forward you a confirmation letter with the terms and conditions applying to your booking. Confirmation by you of your booking indicates your acceptance of those terms and conditions.


Linen and towels
Guests must supply their own linen and towels, however pillows, doonas and light blankets, along with bathmats and hand towels are provided.

Pets
Pets are permitted at Long Reef Beach House, subject to prior arrangement and payment of a refundable bond. Conditions apply.

We will then contact you to confirm the details (usually within 48 hours).

• Confirmation of a reservation will only be made on receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit.
• Payment of the balance and pet bond (if applicable) is due at least 14 days prior prior to your booking.
• Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard - processing fee may apply) or direct deposit.
