• The fourth bedroom can sleep up to four, with two king single bed trundle beds. The fourth bedroom also has a new  flatscreen TV/DVD player. This room can also be used as a rumpus room for the kids. 
• The third and fourth bedrooms share a large   bathroom with a shower over a full sized bath.  
• All bathrooms have towel warmers.
• All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Outside school and summer holiday periods, guests requiring only two or three bedrooms can book Long Reef Beach House and the tariff is reduced accordingly.

Features of the recently renovated house include a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, a large refrigerator, and microwave, dining table seating eight, and two lounge areas, with a lovely large front deck area with an outdoor table and chairs overlooking the ocean water. A dinner on the deck, overlooking the waters as the sun sets is amazing.

For Entertainment and plenty of fun for the whole family, the lounge area has a new flatscreen TV/DVD player and a CD player, with a bookshelf full of books and games for the whole family. A second flatscreen TV/DVD player is in the large fourth bedroom for the kids

The house has gas and electric heaters for the cooler months, and a full internal laundry with a front loader washing machine, dryer and separate large drinks fridge.

For the kids and pets, there’s a secure, fully fenced extensive grassed backyard with a BBQ for cooking the catch of the day. The backyard now has a fantastic herb garden that guests can use to garnish their cooking - see Updates and Announcements
